Food, Fiddle, Bass

Mark Burhans has many talents. Musically, he’s diverse; playing old-time fiddle (often with his wife Hilarie), swing fiddle as part of the Coolville Hot Club, trombone with his 9-piece band, The Wild Honeybees. And as co-owner (with Hilarie) of a popular restaurant in Athens, Ohio, he is a Jack-of-all-trades, from payroll to cooking. He’ll keep us well fed and serve as a handy fiddler as well!
